Who we are

The IFN Free Health Clinic (IFN Clinic) is a 501c3 non-profit organization, dedicated to providing medical care to the uninsured and underserved populations of Lake County. We were founded in 2018, however, our roots stretch as far as the Islamic Foundation North (IFN) history of providing health care services through screenings and health fairs. We reside in a wing of the IFN mosque, located at 1751 S. O’Plaine Road Libertyville, IL 60048.

Our mission is to provide healthcare equity and access to all people that are underserved and uninsured, regardless of race, religion, or political affiliation. 

IFN Free Health Clinic’s goal is to eventually provide all health care related services under one roof (medical, behavioral health, and dental), housed within the IFN mosque’s facility. Our patient care oriented vision will allow for patients in Lake County to receive the care they deserve.
